I bought 40k with 70k, Paul Okoye cries out

Paul Okoye, a Nigerian singer and one half of the defunct P-Square, has revealed that he paid N70,000 to receive N40,000.

He made this known via his Instastories on Thursday.

According to the singer, he had to buy money so that he could pay for a visa fee at an embassy.

He wrote, ” Oooh!!! I buy money today!! Just because I have to pay for a certain visa fee in an embassy and it has to be paid in cash.

”Joke apart, I bought 40k with 70k. Aahhhh!!!!!!!! Naija breaking new records.”

Police called as man shows up at Rihanna's house to propose to her

A man whose identity is yet to be disclosed, who travelled to Los Angeles from South Carolina and showed up at Pop star Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home to propose to the singer was detained by Los Angeles police on Thursday.

The said man arrived at the singer’s house and informed her security he was there to ask for her hand in marriage, The Mail reported.

Rihanna’s security team alerted the police, who arrived, handcuffed the man, put him in a car, and had a serious talk with him about his intentions.

It is unknown whether the singer, who is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, was at home at the time, but the man was eventually released and told never to return.

Actress Omotola, husband mark 27th wedding anniversary
