The singer who hails from Osun state was born to renowned Nigerian Business magnate, filmmaker & film Director, Mr. Daramola popularly known as “Ogbena started his career from childhood as a choir member and later switched to afrobeat when he made his first single “GBADURA” in 2012. Over the years, he has built up his career and mastered his craft having worked with many well known artists and producers across Africa. This feat has gained him the attention of many.

Police called as man shows up at Rihanna's house to propose to her

A man whose identity is yet to be disclosed, who travelled to Los Angeles from South Carolina and showed up at Pop star Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home to propose to the singer was detained by Los Angeles police on Thursday.

The said man arrived at the singer’s house and informed her security he was there to ask for her hand in marriage, The Mail reported.

Rihanna’s security team alerted the police, who arrived, handcuffed the man, put him in a car, and had a serious talk with him about his intentions.

It is unknown whether the singer, who is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, was at home at the time, but the man was eventually released and told never to return.

Actress Omotola, husband mark 27th wedding anniversary

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, a veteran Nollywood actress, and her husband, Matthew, are marking their 27th wedding anniversary.

Omotola shared a picture of herself and her husband on her Instagram account on Thursday and wished her husband a happy birthday, which also falls on their anniversary.

She expressed her love for her husband and stated that their relationship no longer required parental guidance because their last child is now 21.

She wrote, “Happy birthday my Forever HoneyBoy and Happy Anniversary to us.

“27 years and we only just about to get into phase 2 ! Last kiddo now 21… no more PG ….Ready Love? ♥️ U Endlessly. 💋”
